Where do you play when there's three feet of snow on the ground?

At the park where there is only a foot of snow! One day last week we drove home past Pioneer Park, and my kids must have felt the need to be outdoors, because they wanted to stop and play despite the snow. We all had fun!

I love that you do stop when they ask-- it doesn't have to be in your plans for the day nor what YOU want to do. And I also love that Nevada Co. still has cool playground equipment-- still some 'somewhat' old metal things like that truck (although I hear most of the Western Gateway stuff is gone), and still the P.L.A.Y. wooden structure. -Michael

It's a whole new world out there when the snow's on the ground! You two know how to have uninhibited fun! I agree with Michael, way to go, Mom, for being willing to stop and let your kiddos play in the snow while you tromped around in it too. Those pictures weren't taken from the car!
